Cranial Nerve Exams

Wikipedia defines cranial nerve exams as:

“The cranial nerve exam is part of the neurological examination. It is used to identify problems with the cranial nerves by physical examination.”

However for people who experience ASMR this also can be very relaxing. There are many examples of CNE on youtube and below are just a few. Be sure to check them out I’m sure you are guaranteed to feel relaxed!

Here is another brilliant video from Maria aka GentleWhispering.

Once again it makes use of 3D sounds. Which I always feel are great.

A couple roleplays

Here are a couple of great roleplays for you to look at.

The first roleplay is from softsoundwhispers and it is a great roleplay which incorporates a lot of camera brushing and whispering.

The second video is from QueenofSerene and this video also incorporates lots of camera brushing, whispering and water sounds. It also includes a head massage at the end.

Here is a new ASMR/Whisperer on youtube who I came across recently. Here name is mona lizard. If her first two videos are anything to go by I really believe we have another great ASMR/Whisperer on our hands.

Her first video is based around paper sounds and includes lots of tapping and scratching.

Her second video is based around brushes. She uses 5 different brushes in this video to give a great array of sounds. This also includes close up brushing of the camera.

Once again here is another great video by pigsbum53.

This video is set out as a role play and is split up into 3 sections the first part of the video revolves around whispering triggers. Part 2 revolves around personal attention triggers and then finally ends with sound triggers.

This video is nearly 35 minutes long as pigsbum53 goes through a great range of triggers and shows you how they can help induce ASMR.

Its great for people who want to find a video with a vast range of triggers in it with out having to jump between videos to try and get that ASMR fix.
